Monday Morning Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 medium fresh tomato, chopped
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together eggs, tomato, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve on toast.
