Minute® Rice Breakfast Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup Minute White Rice
- 1 8 ounce carton Dutch apple nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Apple juice optional
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Combine rice with yogurt, raisins, nuts and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well. Chill.
- When ready to serve, add a small amount of apple juice to moisten, if desired. Garnish, if desired.
