Minute® Rice Breakfast Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Minute White Rice
  • 1 8 ounce carton Dutch apple nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Apple juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Combine rice with yogurt, raisins, nuts and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well. Chill.
  • When ready to serve, add a small amount of apple juice to moisten, if desired. Garnish, if desired.
