Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mild Italian sausage
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Pastry for a single-crust 9-inch pie
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Brown, drain and crumble sausage. Layer sausage then cheeses in unbaked pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

Leftover Pancake Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice ham
  • 2 leftover buttermilk pancakes
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Heat frying pan over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray. Crack the egg into the pan and break the yolk. Cook the egg to desired firmness. Warm sliced ham in the pan while assembling sandwich.
  2. Toast pancakes in toaster and place one pancake on plate. Place egg on top of pancake. Pour 1 tablespoon of maple syrup over egg, place the cheese on top of egg, and a slice of warmed ham on top of the cheese. Top the sandwich with the second pancake and pour another 1 tablespoon of maple syrup over the top of the sandwich.

How To Make Breakfast Link Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) package Bob Evans Refrigerated Hash Brown Potatoes (20 oz)
  • 1 package Bob Evans Original Sausage Links uncooked (12 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack or Mild Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 inch pan with vegetable oil.
  2. In a bowl, add hash browns and vegetable oil. Mix until potatoes are evenly coated. Press potatoes into bottom and up sides of pan. Put into center of oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add diced onion and mix. Pour egg mixture over pre-baked potatoes. Place two rows of sausage links on top egg mixture down the length of the pan. Cover and place in oven.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is firm. Remove from oven, uncover. Top with cheese and parsley. Return to oven uncovered and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; allow to set 5-10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, diced
  • 12 eggs, lightly beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove to paper towels. Drain, reserving 1-2 tablespoons drippings. Add eggs, salt and pepper to drippings; cook and stir over medium heat until the eggs are completely set.
  2. Spoon about 1/4 cup of egg mixture down the center of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese, onions and bacon. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over filling. Wrap each in waxed paper and aluminum foil. Freeze for up to 1 month.
  3. To use frozen burritos: Remove foil. Place waxed paper-wrapped burritos on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave at 60% power for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Let stand for 20 seconds.

  • 6 Morningstar Farms Maple Flavored Veggie Sausage Patties
  • 1 small cooking apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cups cubed, firm-textured multigrain bread
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk

Instructions

  1. Chop MORNINGSTAR FARMS Maple Flavored Sausage Patties into bite-size pieces. Set aside. In small bowl toss together apple, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. Place half of the bread in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with half of the veggie patties, half of the apple mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. In medium bowl whisk together eggs and sour cream. Whisk in 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla and salt. Add milk, whisk until combined. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 325°F about 70 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean (170°F.). Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

  1. Bring the water and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Whisk in the grits and continue to whisk for 1 minute. When the mixture comes to a boil again, turn the heat to low. Stir frequently, cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the grits from the heat and add pepper, butter and cheese; mix well. Stir until the butter and cheese are melted.
