Spicy Sausage Skillet Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 cups Minute Brown Rice, uncooked
- 1 pound bulk turkey sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions; set aside.
- Crumble sausage into large skillet; cook until lightly browned. Stir occasionally, to break up sausage. Drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, chili powder and rice. Simmer 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
